The aim of this White Paper is to give local people and local communities more influence and power to improve their lives.
Health - Sets out how to meet the challenges of health and well being within communitites through locally responsive services and empowered communitites.
As part of the White Paper the Department for Transport will propose a package of reforms of Passenger Transport Authorities and Executives to strengthen leadership and enable a more coherent approach to transport.
